We know that there are many factors that come into play before making the decision to buy a home; That is why this time we are going to give you some clues so that you can make the best choice.

We insist that the important thing is to be clear about what you need, what your preferences are and what your purchasing power is.

1. Space. How many people will live in the house? Is there enough space for your furniture? Do you need additional space for storage? Do you need a parking space? Also think about your future plans, it is better than having to sell it in two or three years. If necessary, take with you what is necessary to take measurements.

2. Distribution. You must feel comfortable with the layout of your new home. Think about different situations: the first thing you see when you enter, if you have to go through a room to get to another, proximity to the bedrooms, if they are very small, what type is the kitchen, where do the windows open

3. Orientation. If possible, visit the house that interests you at various times of the day. A good orientation can allow you to enjoy sun in winter and shade in summer. Take into account the views as well.

4. State of the house and qualities. Evaluate the repairs you would have to make. You can assess with the naked eye if there are leaks or cracks in the walls and ceilings, the state of the facilities and equipment, the doors, windows, bathrooms and kitchen furniture. Make sure that the qualities correspond to what they are asking for the house. If you have doubts about it, let yourself be advised by someone who understands the subject.

5. Common services. Make sure of the quality of the common services that may include: sports areas, gardens, swimming pool, common services in general.

6. Price. Many times the price of the house does not match what you were looking for and everything has its explanation, since there are many factors that intervene (location, materials, condition, comparative advantages) Define your budget limit and take the necessary time to compare the prices in the area, the best way is to help you from professionals who know the market.

7. Maintenance cost. Does the house have monthly community fees? Make sure how much it is and what it includes. How much do you pay in taxes?
